A Beautiful Invitation.

Rooted in tradition and guided by beauty, "Nishmati Soul" offers thoughtful commentary, learning, and curated resources that invite Torah into the home, the heart, and the rhythm of everyday life. Through study, creative practices such as journaling or crafting, and moments of quiet reflection, women are invited to engage Torah in ways that feel meaningful, personal, and enduring.
נִשְׁמָתִי (Nishmati)—meaning “my soul” in Hebrew—is an online space for women of all backgrounds who are drawn to Torah as a living source of wisdom, and who seek to approach God through study, creativity, and daily life as celebrated within the Jewish tradition. Our purpose is to make Torah feel inviting and alive—experienced through thoughtfully curated aesthetics, purposeful teachings, a virtual community, and beautifully designed products and downloadable resources.
A Curated Life in Torah, Creativity, and Purpose
Live Inspired. Learn Beautifully.
For many women today, the feminine art of shaping home, life, and faith with intention has grown quiet beneath the weight of constant hustle and societal pressure. Here, we seek to restore gentle points of connection to Torah—connections that feel personal, uplifting, and quietly resonant.
These connections are meant to meet a woman where she is, creating space for reflection, beauty, and inward spiritual growth in every season of life—whether she is working or leading, building a home, studying, single or married, in college or high school, retired or widowed. Wherever she may be on her spiritual journey, she is welcomed with care and respect—whether Jewish, Judeo-Christian, or part of an interfaith home. This is also a space for women who wish to explore the Jewish roots and historical foundations of their faith, and for all who are drawn to Torah as a source of wisdom and meaning.
Beauty becomes a shared language—one that invites women of all backgrounds and faith experiences to approach Torah with curiosity, reverence, and joy. Whether deeply familiar, newly exploring, or engaging through an interfaith lens, you are invited into a space of thoughtful study, quiet discovery, and meaningful connection.

Torah Commentary for Women
Parashah-based reflections
Connecting the weekly Torah portion to home, work, and daily life through a feminine lens, grounded in the Torah, Prophets (Nevi’im), and Writings (Ketuvim). Guided topical studies go deeper in Scripture while exploring faith and practice, women’s prayer life using the Siddur, synagagoue life and community—giving voice to the feminine presence in Torah-centered living. And for women joining us from Judeo-Christian backgrounds, select studies explore the historical context of the New Testament through a Jewish lens, offering more insight into the Jewish roots of biblical texts, in ways that support understanding, deepen study, and enrich one’s existing faith journey.

Kind Words from Our Connoisseurs
Thoughtful reflections shared by women within our community.

Keturah is an excellent teacher and made our entire class feel welcome. We had special needs individuals who needed assistance with hearing and she welcomed their helpers into class with such compassion and grace.

Engaging and fun! The virtual Passover Bootcamp was so much fun and I got a chance to meet other women like me. It was hard after COVID lockdowns and I had no where to go. These classes were just what I needed to keep me going until lockdown was over.
