TORAH - FOR WOMEN OF ALL BACKGROUNDS

A Curated Lifestyle

Our main goal is to make Torah and spiritual growth accessible, inspiring, and beautiful for women, while offering tools, guidance, and creative resources that help them live intentionally and joyfully in every area of life.

Who We Serve

Nishmati is a space for women of all backgrounds—Jewish, interfaith, Judeo-Christian, or spiritually curious—who feel drawn to explore Torah, grow inwardly, cultivate creativity, and live with purpose, beauty, and joy. Whether she is a homemaker, a creative, a professional, or simply seeking deeper connection, she is welcomed here.

Through thoughtful learning, creative resources, and a warm online community, Nishmati offers inspiration, gentle guidance, and meaningful connection for women who wish to nurture their souls and live with intention—without pressure, performance, or pretense.

Within This Space

At Nishmati, you’ll find thoughtfully curated Torah studies and spiritual reflections alongside creative and lifestyle inspiration that honors the rhythms of everyday life—from homemaking and parenting to crafting, recipes, and wellness. These are complemented by workshops and gatherings, ranging from intimate online study circles to larger conferences, as well as carefully designed tools and experiences, including digital resources and curated collections, all created to support a life of beauty, intention, and meaning.

What we are NOT...

Nishmati is not a space shaped by rigid dogma or a one-size-fits-all expression of faith or daily living. Judaism—and personal faith more broadly—lives on a wide and nuanced spectrum. Across generations and cultures, women carry diverse traditions, practices, and relationships to Torah, each offering its own beauty and depth.

Here, we honor women who are open to exploration, creativity, and spiritual growth—at their own pace. Whether she feels drawn toward a more Jewish way of life, or toward a broader, biblically rooted sense of sacred living, she is welcomed with care and respect.

With the understanding that not all Jewish women identify as Orthodox or traditionally observant, Nishmati approaches Torah as a living, integrated system—one with many parts, expressions, and pathways. When each is allowed to flourish in its own way, the whole becomes richer, more balanced, and beautifully alive.

OUR FOUNDER

Keturah Ariel

Founded in 2015, Nishmati Soul grew from a deeply personal calling to create a space where Torah, creativity, and everyday life could meet with meaning and elegance. Guided by Keturah—a wife, mother, author, teacher, spiritual guide, and creative—the vision of Nishmati is rooted in helping women live with greater intention, beauty, and spiritual depth.

With a foundation in formal study, including a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Political Science, with a pre-law concentration, and a Master’s degree in Business, Keturah brings both scholarship and lived experience to her work. Alongside years of spiritual leadership shared with her husband, she is the author of books and Torah studies, and a speaker and teacher in settings ranging from intimate study circles to conferences and gatherings. Her work creates learning that is thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.

At Nishmati, Torah is approached not only as study, but as a living guide woven into the rhythms of daily life. The space welcomes women from many backgrounds, including those exploring Jewish roots, Judeo-Christian perspectives, or simply seeking spiritual depth in a respectful, beautifully curated environment. Alongside Torah learning, Nishmati shares reflections on homemaking, parenting, creativity, journaling, recipes, and intentional living—each created to support a life of meaning and mindfulness.

As a homeschool mother to children of all ages, including two on the autism spectrum, Keturah understands both the challenges and quiet joys of home and family life. Through Nishmati, women are invited to feel supported and inspired—discovering that living beautifully is not about perfection, but about intention, authenticity, and growth.

Nishmati Soul stands as an invitation: into Torah that feels alive, creativity that feels sacred, and a life that is uplifting, purposeful, and fully one’s own.
