Nishmati Soul has grown organically through years of teaching, learning, and community since 2015. Through Keturah’s work creating and leading Bible studies for women, Nishmati has offered live classes and intimate mini-courses that invite Torah into daily life in practical and meaningful ways.
This work has extended beyond structured study into women’s conferences, gatherings, and small meet-ups—spaces created for shared learning, reflection, and genuine connection. These moments of coming together reflect the heart of Nishmati: Torah experienced not only through text, but through relationship and lived practice.
The community work and creative resources that emerge from Nishmati include studies centered on Passover preparation, challah and home ritual, foundational Judaism, prayer life, keeping a kosher home, and cultivating rhythm and intention in everyday living. Alongside these are thoughtfully developed resources and products for learning and daily life, including guides for creating order and clarity in the home; decluttering and cleaning practices; creative projects; planners and journaling tools; recipes and kitchen resources; and practical frameworks for financial goals and budgeting—all designed to help integrate faith, beauty, and intention into daily life.
